My path into this work began in 1988, just before my sister passed. I sensed something wasn't right, an experience that opened me to a deeper awareness of energy, intuition, and Spirit.

My path into this work began in 1988, just before my sister passed. I sensed something wasn't right, an experience that opened me to a deeper awareness of energy, intuition, and Spirit.
I was later introduced to healing by my Aunt Gail, a nurse and natural healer whose compassion and quiet wisdom left a lasting impression on me. Through her, I was introduced to Therapeutic Touch and the healing power of intention.
In 2006, my work with Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy deepened my connection with Spirit and marked the beginning of my formal mediumship development. Through years of study, development circles, mentorship, energy healing, and advanced training—including time at Arthur Findlay College in the United Kingdom—my connection with Spirit has continued to deepen and evolve.
Some of the most meaningful lessons on this path have come through my own experiences with grief, loss, and healing. These experiences continue to shape how I hold space for others seeking comfort, clarity, and connection.
