My path into this work began early. In 1988, just before my sister passed, I sensed something wasn’t right, an experience that opened me to a deeper awareness of energy and intuition. I was later introduced to healing through my Aunt Gail, a nurse and natural healer, whose quiet strength and compassion left a lasting imprint on me.

My path into this work began early. In 1988, just before my sister passed, I sensed something wasn’t right, an experience that opened me to a deeper awareness of energy and intuition. I was later introduced to healing through my Aunt Gail, a nurse and natural healer, whose quiet strength and compassion left a lasting imprint on me.
In 2006, as I began working with Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy, my connection with Spirit started to unfold more naturally. While I had already been sensing and feeling Spirit in subtle ways, it was through this work that my mediumship began to take shape and become more clear.
Over time, through energy work, development circles, and continued study, my mediumship has continued to deepen and refine, including dedicated study in trance and deeper states of blending with Spirit. Ongoing mentorship and advanced training, including time at Arthur Findlay College in the United Kingdom, have further supported my development. I am also recognized as an accredited medium through my mentor’s development community.
Some of the most meaningful moments on this path have come through loss, deepening both my connection to Spirit and my understanding of grief, healing, and the soul’s need to be heard. These experiences continue to shape how I hold space for others.

- I am very passionate about helping people heal from past traumas or the loss of a loved one, as I too have healed through Mediumship and AngelicREIKI and Shamanic energy work.
- Before my father's death in 2022, I had the privilege and honor of helping my Dad find peace in dying through Mediumship, and Energy work. One day, I'd like to extend my Mediumship to help people transition with peace and dignity as a Death Doula.
