If you've been feeling emotionally, physically, or spiritually weighed down, these sessions offer a compassionate space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Together, we hold light around whatever you're moving through, allowing Spirit to gently guide the healing process in the way that is needed most.
As I blend with Spirit, I quiet my mind, open my heart, and allow Spirit to work through me as a clear channel. I don't believe healing comes from me, I believe healing comes through Spirit. My role is simply to hold a loving, sacred space where healing can naturally unfold.
Every session begins with prayer, inviting God's loving Presence, Mother Mary, the Angels, and Spirit to surround us with love, protection, wisdom, and healing. No two sessions are ever the same. Each one unfolds according to what your soul is ready to receive in that moment. Depending on what comes through, I may incorporate a variety of energy healing modalities, including Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy with the Angels, Shamanic healing practices, crystal and sound healing, intuitive guidance, ending with Oracle card guidance for reflection and insight. At times, loved ones in Spirit may naturally come forward with a message of love or encouragement. If they do, they are welcomed with gratitude, but the heart of these sessions is healing and supporting you on your journey.
Many people leave feeling lighter, more peaceful, and more connected, to themselves, to Spirit, and to the love that has always surrounded them. My greatest hope is that you leave trusting your own heart a little more, remembering that healing is a journey, and knowing you never have to walk it alone.

Womb Healing • Rite of the Womb
The Rite of the Womb is a sacred blessing from the Munay-Ki tradition that gently invites you to reconnect with the wisdom, strength, and sacredness that already lives within you.
Many women feel called to this session during times of transition, grief, pregnancy or infant loss, the loss of a child, sexual trauma, betrayal, unhealthy or abusive relationships, or simply when they long to reconnect with themselves in a deeper way. Whatever has brought you here, you are welcome exactly as you are.
