Return and Refund Policy

Readings are considered intangible services, where the experience and insights are unique to each client. Once the session is completed, the service is seen as rendered and therefore returns will not be refunded.
Pre-Paid Sessions: For pre-paid sessions cancelled within 48 hours before the appointment, you may contact us for appointment to be rescheduled. Once the appointment has occurred, refunds will not be offered, as the time has already been allocated.
Rescheduling: We kindly ask that that you contact us 48 hours prior to appointment in order to reschedule. Please keep in mind that each appointment slot is carefully reserved for you, and last-minute cancellations or rescheduling can sometimes limit our ability to accommodate other clients who would like to book our services. To ensure that we can continue providing the attention and availability you deserve, we kindly ask that if you need to make any changes, please do so with at least 48 hours' notice. We completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and if something unavoidable comes up, please reach out as soon as possible so we can make any necessary adjustments. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain smooth scheduling for everyone.

Right to Cancel Services
I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Psychic Mediumship Reading, Energy Healing Session, Intuitive Tarot Session, or course, at my sole discretion. This may include cases of energetic misalignment, inappropriate behavior, or if the client is under 18 years of age. If a session is canceled, you will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule. In the event that I must cancel a scheduled session, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund if payment was received prior to service. This clause is in place to honor the energetic integrity of the work and ensure that all sessions are aligned and in the highest good for both client and practitioner.
