


I bring over twenty years of experience in special education, along with formal degrees in Speech Pathology, American Sign Language, and Education with a concentration in Autism, as well as certifications in ABA (applied behavior analysis) and mindfulness & yoga, and energy-based modalities for children. This foundation allows me to blend intuitive guidance with a deep understanding of child development, creating a space where children feel seen, safe, and gently supported mind, body & soul as they find their voice, and make meaningful connections with the world around them.
Through gentle singing, soul and voice activation, breathwork, movement, and intuitive energy work, I support children in feeling safe in their bodies and more comfortable expressing themselves. These practices help stimulate the vagus nerve and support the gut-heart-brain connection, helping children feel more centered, grounded, and regulated.
With modeling and guided support, children are gently taught how to develop their own self-regulation and coping strategies while working on pre-academic skills and social-emotional learning in ways that feel safe, playful, and empowering. As the nervous system begins to settle, sessions can support emotional regulation, language development, body awareness, communication, and growing social connection, helping children feel more connected to themselves and the world around them.
My intention is to guide parents as well through mindfulness, energy-based practices, and intuitive support to help them feel more grounded, regulated, and connected, creating a calm and nurturing foundation their children can mirror and feel safe within.
